Ortus Memoria (hortus is garden, ortus is birth) is a garden of memories and a space in which we practice remembering and re-membering. In other words, the purpose of this garden is to engage various works of speech and writing in dialogue, to order thoughts, that they might bear fruit. Hence, ortus memoria is a garden of thought; an intentional thought community.
